• Required: name, work email, company, role, company type and inquiry type.
• Optional: phone number and a short message.
• A separate, optional choice to receive Spanward product updates.

How inquiry information is used

Inquiry details are used to consider and respond to requests for early access, design-partner participation or an investment conversation. If you contact us by email, the contact details and message you provide serve the same purpose.

The inquiry record also includes its submission time, reference, inquiry source and processing status. These support receipt confirmation, duplicate prevention, abuse protection and follow-up.

A received confirmation means the inquiry has been recorded. It does not confirm that an email notification has arrived, a meeting is booked or access has been granted.

Your product-update choice

You do not need to select product updates to send an inquiry. The optional choice is unselected by default and is recorded separately from your request.

You can contact us to change that preference. Choosing product updates does not give consent to advertising or analytics tracking.

Tracking on this website

The current prelaunch website has no advertising or third-party analytics tracking enabled. Its page interactions are not sent to an analytics service.

This statement concerns the marketing website. The separate Spanward application is outside the scope of this draft.
